Ways in Maintaining Harmonious Relationship with Your Friends

“Friends are the family we choose for ourselves” as what they say. A good friendship is indeed something to savor and protect. A good friends are those who became a family to you. We may choose to have them but how are we going to protect that friendship and make it last harmoniously. Here are some tips on how to maintain harmonious and healthy relationship with your friends.

1.       Make Time and Show Appreciation- generosity is the key to happiness. Always thank your friends when he or she does something for you such as their support, advices, and their shoulders that they’ve offered you when you are in a rough time. Remember also to return favors when your friend goes out of his or her way to help you. Spend your spare time doing something new, plan some activities that both of you could enjoy.

2.       Support each other when things get rough- in life we can’t predict when hard times or rainy days will occur. Sometimes it just happens the day after our happiness. Sometimes our friend carries their own personal problem alone, so as a friend to them, we should be able to at least comfort them. We should tell them that we are willing to listen and tell them that we are always by their side no matter what.

3.       Build trust- this is just so simple but hard to do. When we are in a friendship, we should show to our peers that we are trustworthy enough and we have trust on them.

4.       Maintain contact- if someone is away, always keep I touch. Call them regularly and visit them when you can.

5.       Handle arguments maturity- when you and your friend have a conflict, don’t lash out and yell at them, talk with them about your problems calmly instead and listen to both sides.

Holding yourself with these five ways will help you develop with yourself and expand your potential to grow meaningful friendships through out life.

We started to know each other since the day we took our first step here in the university. We’re strangers to each other but now it’s great to think every hour, every minute and seconds that we’re already friends. Not only friends but more than friend, you were my second home to me, my best friends and companion inside and outside the school.

Thank you, thank you for always my companion for almost three years. Thank you for all the laughter and tears, and all the memories that we shared since then. Thank you for the support and advices which you gave me when I needed. Thank you for the funny jokes or lines and stories that you shared. Thank you that I know you and you all became my friends.

I’m sorry, I’m sorry for not being with your side always. I’m sorry if I am not a friend that you think I could be. I’m sorry if I talked against you behind your back. I’m sorry if I can’t control my emotion sometimes.

The Importance of Bonding in every Team or Group

Bonding speaks hoe the group members spend their time for each one of them. It is how the group members make us of their time and make their moment an unforgettable one. With the absence of it, it is obvious that there is no happiness within it.

Bonding doesn’t only give happiness and satisfaction nut it also brings people into one. It helps the group in gaining unity and teamwork. Beside from that, there are still a lot of importance to be considered. These are the following:

First, bonding helps the group members to have a better communication to each other. With this, members could develop their trust from each other and they will become comfortable with others’ company and they were able to work comfortable.

Second, bonding could lead to group’s collaboration and the fostering of innovation and creativity. Some may say, the more the merrier. The more members of the group are, the more ideas and thoughts will be generated. And based from those ideas, members could create a certain solution to a problem or a product that something they could be proud off.  

Third, bonding leads to teamwork and boosting team performance. Bonding contributes a lot for the team’s development. It will strengthen the bonds between all the members and could lead them to team work in every activity. Once a group possesses team work, nothing is impossible. They could achieve whatever they want to and they will surely end with a great performance.

Last but not the least; bonding helps alleviate conflicts inside the group. When a group manages to bond even in a short time, they will come up with a good relationship inside it. They would share less conflict and more on understanding and love towards each member. If a team ends up with this kind of friendship, they will never regret it.

Uniforms are form of unity between an organization, groups, team, and of the school as well. This would give the group an identity that others could recognize and acknowledge. And of course, people will be able to distinguish a certain group from the others with the aid of their uniform. Having a uniform feels like you are being proud of the group you are into. You are proud that you belonged to a certain group despite of the ups and downs that they encountered.

Team Burger planned and decided to have a group’s t-shirt. It is a white- colored t-shirt, with a sayings “imagination rules the world” printed on the front. We choose to print that saying for we relate it to reality.

 Nowadays, imagination really rules the world. People tend to think and imagine such thing.  Too much imagination will leads to curiosity and when curiosity strikes people tried to execute or do such things that run through their mind.

At the back, printed at the upper center is the enlighten rune. 

We, the members of the group, took an education course. We see ourselves as the future educators of the young generation. This sign symbolizes us as the light for students’ or youths’ dark path towards their success.

For others, our t-shirt is just for attraction and for our uniqueness but it has some hidden meanings that give hints to the reasons why our group exists.

Positivity

         Some elders may say, being involve on what they call "barkada" means leaving our studies and start living our every life with our friends. For me, it's not. A group of friends can be classified into two kinds- good and bad-influencing friends. I am lucky enough that I belonged to a group with members who influenced me of some good and positive outlook in life.

       this photo was taken last March, 2016, during our Parangal 2016. Most of our group's member were awarded as the academic awardees. This would prove that we have a healthy relationship inside the group. We all know how to manage our time, our time for studies, for our outputs, for our passion, and of course for our group bonding.
       
        A single finger couldn't carry a heavy hammer. It will takes the whole hand to carry it in a purposeful way. It could also be relate to a team or group. We, the group members, show teamwork in every activity that we have. Every member must have an obligation or role to stand off. Because for us, a group or a team won't work if the members don't have the harmonious relationship inside it. Everybody must cooperate and contribute to achieve a certain goal.

        We dreamed together, we fell together, and together we will rise up and continue our tracks or journey towards a better life or what others called it success.

Meet My Comrades

                11 names, different names, with various lifestyles, own distinctive abilities and diverse passions, to sum up we all have different personalities. In a group, we can encounter all of these. For us, we may look different from each other's eyes yet we still have our similarities. Having similarities between members of the group is a great advantage for the team. It would help the team in maintaining it's stability and solidarity.
             Being one of the member of the group, I encounter these people. Let's know them one by one. They were once a stranger to me but God is so great that He allows me to know them and I could get friends with.
             They are the following:
     

 Alexander Calixtro - He is our sporty heartthrob. He's one of many sports enthusiasts that represent the school in every scholastic and athletics affairs. A heartthrob for he always affirms that he's the most handsome man that we have ever known.

                                                     
            

Paul Gimotea          - The bully master of the group. He used to come across and cracks other thoughts and opinions and make fun out of it.

 Bert Esparagoza          - The ice breaker. He stands the role of being an ice-breaker of the group. Whenever we are in a rough road, specifically when we are in our way towards final examination, he was there for us. He diverts our stressful visage into a fresh one. 

                   Chen Mateo          - The "Aimie Roswell" of the group. She  has some characteristics that the same as of one of the numerous fictional character- Aimie Roswell. She always claim that she is the beautiful wife of Ezekiel Roswell, fictional character in a popular story from wattpad.

  Angelita Española           - The queen of all dramas. She's too expressive in such thing. If she need to cry, then she'll cry. If she need to laugh, then she'll laugh.

Jea Farren               - The gothic writer and a certified bookworm. I don't know if how many books she could finish reading for a week. I don't know if how many famous winning authors she adores. She loves to read and write stories. She express her insights through writing and make her own world through it.

    Mary Bado       - The sexy hiphop dancer. She loves nothing but to dance, dance, and dance. She also owns a stunning beauty.

      Shela Talagtag         - The bubbly artist. Among the members of the group, she's the one who possesses a truly artistic ability. She has good hands when it comes to art, especially in sketching, drawing, and painting.
         
            
       
       
           
         
       
        

April Sapanza                - The file keeper. Some of the group's files and documents was kept by her. She's very decorous in manner.

Elysa Claire Arguelles     - The song bird. She owns a very tranquil golden voice. She already won several awards in every singing contest she had joined.

      Christine Mae Absalon   - The chinita princess. She has a monolid-shaped eye that makes her unique from the other members.
